We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@trendresourcesnm,com
Standard Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. The full amount of the reservation will be charged.
No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be considered "no-shows." No-shows are non-refundable, and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Date Modifications: Requests to change booking dates are subject to availability and may result in a rate change. Please contact us directly to inquire about modifying your reservation.
Group Bookings: For group bookings of 5 or more rooms, a separate cancellation policy may apply. Please contact us for details.
